The 15,000sq m Epicentre includes a 600-seat theatre, television and sound studios, editing suites, sound-recording rooms, rehearsal and practise rooms, classrooms, meeting rooms and offices across five storeys, as well as a carpark. The centre also has professional studios and edit suites, which are used for producing music albums and television programs. for Australian and international markets. The centre will also have a children’s play area and meeting rooms, including rooms designed for children with additional needs.
